Delta Announces New Non-Stop Service From Indianapolis To Paris

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Delta has announced a nonstop trans-Atlantic flight service from Indianapolis International Airport to Paris-Charles de Gaulle starting May 24, 2018. According to Delta, ticket sales for the Indianapolis to Paris service will be available beginning Sept. 23. This will broaden the service of Indy's already leading global airline, which has flights to 13 destinations and a premium lounge at Indianapolis International Airport, the Delta Sky Club.

The new Delta service, in partner with Air France KLM, will also provide one-stop connections from the Paris airport to more than one-hundred destinations in Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East, according to Delta.

During today's announcement at the Indy airport, Mayor Joe Hogsett said, "Today is a key example of how forward thinking and collaborative efforts can create new opportunities to drive our economy." According to Delta, the schedule for service between Indianapolis and Paris will be on Boeing 767-300ER.

The flight number is DL500, which departs Indianapolis (IND) at 6:20 p.m. and arrives at Paris (CDG) at 8:45 a.m. (next day). DL501 is the return flight number departing Paris (CDG) at 1:15 p.m. and arriving at Indianapolis (IND) at 4:35 p.m.

Delta's announcement follows recent exciting news for Indianapolis airport flights announced by Frontier Airlines and Allegiant Airlines.
