IMPD Investigating Homicide On East 25th Street
DETAILS: IMPD said officials are investigating possible evidence from homicide in the 2000 block of East 25th street.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said officials are investigating a homicide that took place in the 2000 block of East 25th street on Monday, Sept. 11. IMPD reports East District officers responded to the scene just after 7 p.m. where they found the victim with apparent trauma to the body. Officials report IFD and IEMS also responded to the scene and pronounced the person deceased.
Homicide detectives and the Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency responded to the scene and are investigating potential evidence.
A cause of death will be determined by the Marion County Forensic Services Agency (MCCO).
