Indianapolis Lawyer Accused Of Flashing Girl Athletes While Driving On I-70

DETAILS: Court records show Raymond Fairchild is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26.

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — An Indianapolis attorney faces several charges in a case surrounding accusations he exposed himself during two separate occasions to a bus of girls basketball players. According to court documents Marion County prosecutors charged 71-year-old Raymond F. Fairchild with six counts of public indecency and nudity. Court records show Fairchild, who's listed as a lawyer in downtown Indianapolis, was issued a summons Sept. 15 for an initial court appearance on Oct. 26.

This all took place on the interstate near the Indianapolis Airport when some of the high school athletes from Northern Wells Community Schools took photos of Fairchild, which their coach ended up posting on Facebook asking for assistance in identifying the man in the pictures.

"Facebook I Could Use Your Help - The man in these pictures decided to expose himself to our high school girls basketball team earlier today while on their way to a tournament. The highway patrol was notified but he exited the highway before we could get his license plate. Will you help me out by sharing this post in hopes of revealing his identity.

It was in Indianapolis close to the airport. He drives a mid 2000's Honda CRV."

According to IndyStar, the Facebook post carried over to Union City where another girls' basketball team described a similar incident from back in February on I-70 near Post Road, involving what seemed to also be Fairchild.
