• Oklahoma man dies in Lebanon construction site pickup truck strike (wishtv.com) — A man from Oklahoma died Monday evening after being struck by a pickup truck at a construction site near 400 West and State Road 32 in Lebanon. Local police, firefighters, and medics attempted life-saving measures, and a specialized crash unit is now investigating the circumstances of the fatal incident. 
• Facing federal suit, Indiana Teen Challenge shuts down home for girls (roysreport.com) — A long-running faith-based girls' home in Lebanon has shut down after its operator, Indiana Teen Challenge, said it couldn't afford to keep fighting a federal civil-rights lawsuit. Dozens of former residents allege harsh discipline and mistreatment at The Refuge Girls Academy, while the organization denies wrongdoing and is asking a federal judge to dismiss the case.
• Boone County Boards Unanimously Approve Witham-Parkview Affiliation Agreement (in.gov) — Boone County leaders meeting in Lebanon have unanimously approved an affiliation between Witham Health Services and Parkview Health, setting the stage for expanded care options for local residents. After public comments and presentations from health executives, commissioners, council members, and Witham's board all backed the agreement, which officials say should improve healthcare access and outcomes for people in Lebanon and surrounding communities.
