• Woman hospitalized after crashing SUV into Sam's Club in Mishawaka (wndu.com) — An SUV crashed into the front of the Sam’s Club in Mishawaka on Tuesday afternoon, sending the driver to the hospital with minor injuries and leaving the building with only minor damage. Police say a foot brace slipped, causing the driver to hit the gas while pulling into a handicap space, heavily damaging the vehicle but not injuring shoppers. 
• New Prairie baseball beats Penn, keeping NIC title hopes alive (wsbt.com) — High school baseball fans in Mishawaka just saw a big shakeup in the Northern Indiana Conference race, with New Prairie shutting out Penn 4–0 on Penn’s home turf. The win snapped Penn’s long NIC streak and sets up a crucial rematch at Four Winds Field, with conference title hopes on the line for both the Kingsmen and Cougars.
