• Gov. Braun assesses flood damage in Carmel and Noblesville, takes additional action to help Hoosiers recover (wbiw.com) — Noblesville is recovering from severe White River flooding that forced families from their homes, and Governor Mike Braun visited the city with Mayor Chris Jensen to coordinate state help. While power-outage relief is focused on northwest Indiana, state agencies and Indiana 211 are actively assessing damage and connecting affected Noblesville and Carmel residents with recovery resources, insurance flexibility, and potential aid programs.
