Noblesville mayor highlights Japanese investment in the city (youarecurrent.com) — Major Japanese employers SMC Corp. and Toyota Automated Logistics are deepening their investment in Noblesville, with hundreds of jobs, $365 million in combined facilities, and close partnerships with local schools. Company leaders say the city's infrastructure, pro-growth leadership, and strong community ties make Noblesville a long-term home as they plan further expansion and hiring.
   

2. State of the City: Noblesville Mayor addresses growth, infrastructure and investments (youarecurrent.com) — Noblesville's latest State of the City outlines flood recovery needs, big safety investments, and major construction projects that will reshape daily life, from a new police HQ to downtown upgrades. The California rock group continues to gain new listeners through streaming and TV, and this show brings that momentum directly to Ruoff's outdoor stage.
   

4. Man convicted for sexually assaulting woman at Fishers massage parlor (wthr.com) — In a case handled through Hamilton County courts in Noblesville, a Fishers masseuse has been convicted of raping a woman during a massage at a Fishers business. Jurors found him guilty of two rape counts, sexual battery, and resisting law enforcement, and he is scheduled for sentencing on Oct. 8.
   

5. Shirley R. England (thesuntimesnews.com) — Noblesville residents are mourning the passing of 74-year-old Shirley R. England, who died at home in town on September 15 surrounded by her daughters. Remembered as a devoted mother, protector, and friend, she leaves behind a large, close-knit family who cherished holidays and time together; honoring her wishes, no services will be held.
