University shifts to full ban of e-bikes on campus (ndsmcobserver.com) — If you rely on an e-bike around Notre Dame, be ready for a big change: starting July 1, 2026, e-bikes will be banned from campus itself and allowed only at five designated perimeter racks. The University says the stricter policy aims to reduce fire and collision risks while preserving the pedestrian feel of campus.
