ā¢ Marquette Greenway about 65% complete but toughest sections remain (chicagotribune.com) ā Work on the Marquette Greenway is advancing through Porter, where a new segment will run under the railroad tracks to Beam Street and around Indiana Dunes National Parkās Minoke Prairie. Planners are still deciding how best to connect Portage and nearby areas, but once finished, the 60āmile trail will give Porter residents smoother bike and walking access across Northwest Indiana and into Michigan.

- Had a busy day today - in AM I and a good friend attended the Popcorn Fest in Valpo.
Had never attended except in years back when I was there as Health Inspector Rep. today was all about getting out and having a good time. Layerā¦ (Nextdoor Lake Charles) - Does anyone have a recommendation for transportation to O'hare.
