Family, friends, and neighbors can attend her celebration of life and visitation at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service on July 23, with burial at Memorial Lawns Cemetery in Wabash. Her legacy includes community service, creativity, and deep family devotion.

• Gov. Braun drives statewide economic growth, community development and talent attraction with READI 2.0 Arts & Culture Grants (wbiw.com) — Wabash is slated to benefit from Indiana’s new READI 2.0 Arts & Culture grants through support for the Canal Street Artist Collective, aimed at growing the local creative workforce. Statewide, 49 projects will share $65 million to boost arts, tourism, and talent attraction, including major theater restorations, new public art, and expanded cultural programming across Indiana.

• Joseph Mark 'Joe' Devine (yournewslocal.com) — An 88-year-old rural Lagro resident with deep ties to Wabash, including work at South Side Supply and membership in the Wabash Elks Lodge, has passed away. Friends and family can pay their respects at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service in Wabash on Thursday evening and Friday morning, with burial to follow in Lagro. His life is remembered for integrity, love of nature, and devotion to family.
