Warsaw hosting public hearing to address housing growth and zoning modernization (newsnowwarsaw.com) — Warsaw's Building and Planning Department will host a Sept. 14 public hearing at City Hall to review zoning and development rules in light of new state housing requirements. Residents, builders, and developers are invited to weigh in on housing types, accessory dwelling units, and streamlined permitting to help shape how Warsaw grows while preserving neighborhood character. 
2. Main Street Warsaw, Warsaw Public Arts Commission Unveil Two New Utility Box Murals (inkfreenews.com) — Downtown Warsaw now features two colorful new utility box murals at Buffalo and Center Streets and at Indiana and Center, created by local artists and unveiled through Main Street Warsaw's cultural arts plan. The project kicks off a broader effort to brighten public spaces, encourage kindness and self-expression, and invite residents to explore the emerging Downtown Warsaw Cultural Arts District.
3. This Small Indiana Lake Town Hides A Free 1,800-Foot Boardwalk Arching Directly Over Glacial Wetlands (myfamilytravels.com) — Warsaw residents have a detailed guide here to enjoying the Beyer Farm Trail boardwalk, Pike Lake Beach and Campground, and the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts right in town. 5. Eisenhower School Kids Knock Fundraising Goal 'Out Of The Park' (inkfreenews.com) — Eisenhower Elementary students in Warsaw raised nearly $8,000 for the American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge during the 2025–26 school year, far surpassing their $5,000 goal. With most donations coming from kindergarten through third grade, the monthlong effort taught kids about heart health while letting them earn prizes and support lifesaving research.
