Crouch and McClarnon named Ron Kohn Servant Leadership Award Winners (westerniowatoday.com) — Regional planning group SWIPCO honored Mills County Supervisor Richard Crouch, a longtime Glenwood High School football volunteer, with the Ron Kohn Servant Leadership Award named for a former Glenwood mayor and educator. At its annual meeting, SWIPCO also highlighted millions in grants, housing rehab work, and expanded transit services that directly affect residents across Mills County and nearby communities.
