Investigators are asking Topekans to share any information or tips by contacting the Topeka Police Criminal Investigation Bureau or Shawnee County Crime Stoppers, including through the P3 Tips website.
3. 1922 NW Greenwood Ct, Topeka, KS 66608 (redfin.com) — A property at 1922 NW Greenwood Ct. in Topeka falls under the Planned Unit Development District, a zoning category that allows flexible, mixed‑use projects with higher design creativity. This designation lets city officials apply detailed conditions while encouraging efficient land use, open space preservation, and strong urban amenities that can shape how this Topeka neighborhood develops over time.
4.
