Update: Oklahoma woman reported missing in Wichita area found safe, Silver Alert canceled (kwch.com) — A woman reported missing from an Oklahoma City family visit was found safe in Wichita, ending a Silver Alert that had focused on the Park City and north Wichita area. Authorities say her car was last seen near 13th and Clarence before she was located, and they remind residents to call law enforcement rather than intervene directly when vulnerable adults go missing.
   

3. FTC Approves Final Consent Order in Ascension Health-AmSurg Deal (ftc.gov) — Federal regulators have ordered Ascension to sell an ambulatory surgery center in Wichita as part of its $3.9 billion AmSurg acquisition, aiming to preserve competition for outpatient procedures here. The FTC says keeping multiple providers in the Wichita metro should help prevent higher prices and protect quality and innovation in gastroenterology, eye, and orthopedic surgeries.
   

4. Traveled Work Remains Nagging Issue on Boeing Wichita 737 Line: Workers (leehamnews.com) — Boeing workers in Wichita say "traveled work" on the 737 line is improving but still disrupting production at the former Spirit AeroSystems plant. Company leaders report 30–40% less rework on fuselages coming from Wichita, yet acknowledge more changes are needed as they push to raise output and stabilize finances.
