Gov. 3. Kenneth Wayne Edgington (bourboncountycitizen.com) — A Cynthiana nursing facility is where 69-year-old Kenneth Wayne Edgington passed away on April 15. The Paris, Kentucky native was a retired factory worker, U.S. Army veteran, and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his children, grandchild, sister, and extended family, with funeral services still pending.
