• Golden Tempo's Kentucky Derby win brings pride to Bourbon County (wkyt.com) — Paris and Bourbon County are celebrating after Golden Tempo, raised at Claiborne Farm, stormed from the back of the pack to win the Kentucky Derby. Staff at Paris’s Thoroughbred Hotel plan to add the colt’s name to their Bourbon County Derby winners wall on May 16, honoring both the horse and the community’s racing heritage.
