White was charged with DWI, as well as several counts of negligent injuring and one count of reckless operation; investigators reported that his blood alcohol content (BAC) was more than twice the legal limit. The board set a deadline of Dec. 31 to decide which goals Narcisse met during 2021 and which ones he hasn’t; this coincides with the deadline for his first formal evaluation. (The Advocate)
