Here are the top three stories today in Baton Rouge:

  1. A missing 24-year-old man from Baton Rouge was found safe in Atlanta, Georgia yesterday. Nassir Rahman had been missing since his 24th birthday on Feb. 28, but he was located safe and unharmed in an Atlanta hospital. His mother spoke to him on a call this Sunday, according to officials.   2. Early Saturday morning, Baton Rouge Police responded to a fatal hit and run crash on Airline Highway that killed two people. Michelle McMillion, 34, was driving northbound when she was hit in the back by an unidentified vehicle, crossed the meridian and hit Tyree Williams, 29, who was driving Southbound. McMillion passed away in the hospital on Sunday while Williams died at the scene. This is an active investigation and the BRPD Homicide Investigators are looking for information regarding the crash.   3. The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting that occurred early Saturday morning on North Ardenwood Drive. According to police, 18-year-old Mjireyae Addison was found in an apartment suffering from gunshot wounds and later succumbed to his injuries. The investigation is ongoing but investigators believe an altercation led to the shooting. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Violent Crimes Unit. (WAFB)
