  1. Pedal Pub is up and running in Baton Rouge. The franchise opened in the Capital City late last year capitalizing on the boozy bike movement that has gained popularity nationwide. Pedal Pub specializes in BYOB group bike tours in downtown Baton Rouge where participants climb aboard a Dutch-designed vehicle that holds up to 16 riders and includes up to three stops at bars, restaurants, or historic sites. On Mar. 6, Troopers arrested 40-year-old Jarrett Rachal of Prairieville who was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail for Felony Hit & Run resulting in Death and Driving Under Suspension.
