The owner, Joshua Duke, stated that the vision of the restaurant is to provide guests with a" mixture of Americanized tacos with classic tacos and ingedients." Their eye-catching design, pop music, cocktails, and taco flavors make for a fun visit. (225 Baton Rouge)
2. BRPD rolled out the 'blue carpet' for the arrest of a woman accused of firing a gun and stealing wigs from a BR beauty store. 18-year-old Janiya Wattley was confronted by a store owner, after she attempted to steal a wig, and she pulled out a gun from inside her purse. (WBRZ)
3. Drive-thrus in Baton Rouge are now required to serve pedestrians, cyclists, and people in wheelchairs if customer entrances are closed. A council member pursued this legislation after hearing that people without a car were struggling to access businesses during the pandemic. (The Advocate)
