  1. Southern University School of Nursing was named 'Nursing School of the year' for its graduate program. The award was given during the Nightingale Awards Gala on Oct. 22 by the Louisiana Nurses Foundation. (BRProud.com)
  2. Baton Rouge Gallery is partnering with the Baton Rouge Metro Airport to showcase local artists' works at the airport. There will be about two dozen artists' work displayed.
