  1. On Saturday morning, Bethany Church teamed up with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank worked to feed hundreds of people in a Thanksgiving grocery giveaway. Volunteers gave away 1,000 boxes of groceries. Hundreds of families turned out for this event, emphasizing a growing need as a result of rising food costs and supply chain interruptions. (WBRZ)
