  1. A makeshift memorial popped up for a slain Louisiana State Police Trooper. The memorial was set up at Capital One on the corner of Hwy 73 and Airline Hwy. to honor Master Trooper, Adam Gaubert. Funeral arrangements for Gaubert have been scheduled. (BRProud.com)
  2. A woman died while trying to cross I-12 on foot over the weekend. Kimberly Stanton, 45, was hit by a car and was pronounced dead on the scene. The investigation is still ongoing. (WAFB)
  3. Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will work with Baton Rouge Green to replace trees removed during a construction project. (BRProud.com)
  4. Baton Rouge will send teams to panhandling hotspots and encampments to help homeless people. (The Advocate)
