• Kenner police use Flock system to find suspect wanted for stealing a car in LaPlace (wdsu.com) — Kenner police used the city's Flock camera system to track down a car stolen in a violent robbery against an elderly victim in LaPlace, locating the vehicle at Decatur Avenue and Veterans Boulevard. Officers arrested 28-year-old Christopher Fraiser of Montz, who was already on parole, and booked him on charges including illegal possession of a stolen car, no driver's license, and being a fugitive.
