This month’s WGA meeting on August 25th will have author Sharon LaCour giving a presentation on Point of View (POV). Born and raised in New Orleans, Sharon writes about the deep south, the human need to create, and about the complicated relationships that people tend to form. Her debut novel released in 2024, The Meeting of Air and Water, is a set of three intertwined love stories set in south Louisiana that spans generations. The public is invited. The Writers Guild of Acadiana wants to promote writers, poets, and authors by sharing and networking.
