• Louisiana to end inspection sticker program after governor signs bill into law (wgno.com) — Drivers in Livingston Parish will see Louisiana’s traditional inspection sticker program end, but they’ll still be required to get emissions testing under federal rules. A new $6 QR code sticker system is set to start in January 2027, following a bill signed by Gov. Jeff Landry that’s being touted as one of the session’s most popular measures.
