- New Orleans police are currently investigating a Monday afternoon shooting in Gentilly that left one male victim injured with a gunshot wound. Police arrived on scene to St. Roach avenue just before 4 o'clock and the man was later transported to the hospital. (WDSU New Orleans)
- New Orleans Public Libraries are launching a new locally-sourced music streaming service. 'Crescent City Sounds' aims to help bring more recognition to NOLA's vibrant, but sometimes inaccessible, music culture. (WWNO)
- A New Orleans mother and her 3-year-old daughter have been reported missing after being last seen leaving South Roman St on Saturday heading towards Kenner in a 2010 Nissan Altima but they never arrived at their destination. (WDSU New Orleans)
