• Week 5 Louisiana High School Football Game Change Tracker (crescentcitysports.com) — Springfield High's home football game against Ben Franklin has been moved up to Thursday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. due to expected bad weather across south Louisiana. The statewide Week 5 schedule shows many other matchups also shifting, but local fans should especially note Springfield's new game night and plan accordingly.
