• Sarah Whitfield joins Congregational Church staff as associate pastor (boothbayregister.com) — Boothbay Harbor's Congregational Church is welcoming Wiscasset native Sarah Whitfield as associate pastor on Oct. 1, bringing her back after a previous internship with the congregation. She'll focus on children, families, pastoral care, and occasional preaching while continuing her work at the University of Maine School of Law and service on the Wiscasset Board of Selectmen.
