• Ogunquit's Gazebo Inn gets new owner, boutique upgrade planned for 2027 (seacoastonline.com) — A well-known Ogunquit inn on Main Street has been sold to a new owner who plans to turn it into an upscale boutique property starting in 2027, while keeping it operating year-round. For now, locals and visitors can still book its 14 rooms and enjoy amenities like the saltwater pool, hot tub, gym, massage services, and special birthday or anniversary packages.
