• Foundry business cleared to move forward at Punkintown (southberwickreporter.org) — A new metal foundry and "industrial arts campus" has been cleared to open behind Punkintown Business Park in South Berwick, after nearly a year of Planning Board review. With a TIF-funded road upgrade and town approval in place, owner Josh Dow can now seek a building permit, bringing new industrial activity and potential jobs to the area near Rocky Hills Preserve.
