• Avesta Housing cuts the ribbon on new Westbrook apartment building (wmtw.com) — Westbrook seniors now have a new option with Seavey Crossing, a 61‑unit one‑bedroom apartment building for residents 55 and older, where leasing has just opened. Avesta Housing and local officials say the project helps address Maine's housing crunch, and an open house on Saturday will let prospective tenants and families tour the building and learn about rent and requirements.
