Burglary Suspect Gropes Officer During Arrest: Police
An Arnold man arrested for the second time in less than a week allegedly compounded the problem by grabbing a female officer.

A man just arrested Friday for burglary charges was arrested again Monday afternoon for a residential break-in, and reportedly upped the ante by groping a police officer.
Annapolis Police say Larry Outlaw, 35, of Arnold was arrested Monday afternoon in the 400 block of Jefferson Street after a witness reported seeing him break a window to a home and then leave through the rear door. Outlaw reportedly ran from officers, but was apprehended in the 900 block of Windsor Avenue.
After he was handcuffed, while being escorted to a police car, Outlaw allegedly grabbed a female officer’s genital area.

Outlaw was charged with first-, third-, and fourth-degree burglary, second-degree assault, and fourth-degree sex offense.
He is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
Outlaw already faced multiple burglary charges after he allegedly strolled through an Annapolis house while the owner was home. The resident saw Outlaw, whom he didn’t know, walk into the living room and out the front door. A set of keys was taken from an area near the home’s rear door last week.
