Our offerings provide safe, structured spaces where individuals, groups, and organizations can explore how race, identity, and social conditioning shape perceptions, interactions, and internal patterns. Through facilitated conversations, participants engage in meaningful dialogue that encourages self-reflection, critical thinking, and awareness of both personal and systemic influences. Sessions are tailored for people at all levels of familiarity with race-related topics, ensuring a non-judgmental environment for learning and exploration. The Change Starter LLC helps communities and organizations build stronger communication skills, recognize bias, and develop strategies for thoughtful engagement. Sessions are offered locally in the DC‑Maryland‑Virginia area and virtually. Additional offerings include lesson plan manuals for middle and high school teachers and an eBook guiding individuals to reflect on internalized beliefs about race
