HUMANS Art Exhibit Displays Work of Nine Artists In Annapolis
"Humans" is the title of the art exhibit sponsored by the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County and What's Up Media.

Annapolis, MD- (August 9, 2017)- “Humans” is the title of the art exhibit opening August 10th at 201 Defense Highway, Annapolis in the second-floor reception area of What’s Up? Media. Sponsored by the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County and What’s Up Media, nine Anne Arundel County artists are featured: Kathy Banuesiewicz, Lora Collins, Sheila Guevin, Rich Isaacman, Will Scott, Steve Schulman, Susan Picard. Lisa Rath, and Florita Washington.
Works on canvas and paper in oil, acrylic, watercolor and along with photographs, put the focus on people as they interact with each other and their environment. This is the third collaboration between the Anne Arundel County Arts Council and What’s Up” Media, providing a venue accessible to the community for viewing local artwork.
Also showing in Anne Arundel County, there is still time to see the Baltimore Washington Airport exhibit entitled “Man & Machine” featuring the work of Anne Arundel County artists sponsored and organized by the Arts Council, before summer ends. The airport show focuses on the interaction between humans and machinery from an artist’s perspective and is on display through September 15th. The exhibit at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is located between concourses C & D.
