Anne Arundel Schools Canceling Events, Meetings Jan. 7 For Snow

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MD — The board of education’s public hearing on Anne Arundel County Public Schools Superintendent George Arlotto’s recommended FY2021 budgets, originally scheduled for Jan. 7, has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at Old Mill High School due to the weather. The board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 at the Parham Building in Annapolis.

Also, all school sponsored after school activities scheduled for Jan. 7, including evening high school classes, are canceled. Extended school day programs that are part of the regular performing and visual arts magnet middle and high school curriculum, will be held as scheduled.
