The festivities will also include a sponsorship for the Hooley at the Naval Academy Alumni Center on Saturday at 5 p.m.

Road Closures & Parking Status

In addition to rolling road closures, parking restrictions will be implemented along the entirety of the parade route, which runs from West Street to St. John's Street.

With parking spaces limited in the downtown ares, organizers are encouraging attendees to arrive early and take advantage of the city parking garages.
