Man Sought For Beating Teen Mom Holding Infant: Police

Annapolis Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Scotty Moss, who allegedly hit his child's mother and took her car.

Annapolis Police are seeking a man charged with assaulting the teenage mother of his child while she was holding the infant.

The 17-year-old victim reported to police that Scotty Moss, 23, of Annapolis punched her in the face repeatedly, threw her to the floor, and kicked her in the stomach after an argument over a cell phone.

The victim was holding the couple’s three-month-old child during Wednesday night’s assault.

Moss reportedly fled the home in the 100 block of Bertina Nick Way, taking the victim’s red 2005 Infiniti, MD reg. 2CA9398, without permission.

Annapolis Police issued an arrest warrant for Moss charging him with the assault and auto theft.
