Teens Stopped in Car With 1-Month-Old, Heroin: Police
Three 19-year-olds from Annapolis face drug and other charges after police found heroin, cash and a baby girl in a car in Glen Burnie.

GLEN BURNIE, MD — Three Annapolis 19-year-olds stopped in a car with heroin and a 1-month-old baby now face drug charges, police say.
Anne Arundel County Police made the traffic stop at Nolpark Court near Crain Highway in Glen Burnie Wednesday morning. Inside the vehicle they found two men, a woman and the infant girl. The teens were identified by their Maryland Learner’s Permits.
A police drug detection unit from the Annapolis Police Department was called to the scene and the K9 positively alerted to the presence of narcotics.

When officers searched the vehicle, they reportedly found: one Percocet tablet, 14.74 grams of heroin, 14.48 grams of high-grade marijuana and one marijuana cigarette. Anne Arundel County Police said the drugs had an estimated combined street value of $1,850. More than $4,200 in cash from the proceeds of illegal drug sales was also recovered.
The adults in the vehicle were arrested and the infant was released to the care and custody of a responsible family member, police said.

Police charged the three Annapolis residents with possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS and reckless endangerment.
They are:
- Isiah Richard Naylor, 19, of the 1400 block of Log Inn Road
- Adrienne Antiana Neal, 19, of the 1300 block of Tyler Avenue
- Charles Albert Wells IV, 19, of the 60 block of Juliana Circle
