2 Drivers Seriously Injured In Lake Shore Crash: Fire Officials
Anne Arundel County Fire crews rescued a woman trapped in her vehicle after a crash in Lake Shore that sent both drivers to the hospital.
LAKE SHORE, MD — Anne Arundel County Fire crews rescued a woman trapped in her vehicle after a crash in Lake Shore that sent both drivers to the hospital. Authorities say the accident happened at 5:20 a.m. Monday at Mountain Road and Bodkin Avenue.
The 17-year-old male driver of one vehicle was taken by paramedics to the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with injuries that were critical and possibly life-threatening.
Officials say the 59-year-old woman driving the second vehicle was trapped in her vehicle and extricated by firefighters in about 20 minutes. Paramedics also took her to the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center with injuries that were serious but not believed to be life-threatening.
