Anne Arundel County Artists Featured in Arts Council Exhibit

“RELATIONships”, is the name of the Fall/Winter art exhibition, sponsored by the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The juried group show featuring the work of Anne Arundel County artists includes paintings, drawings, and photographs by artists: Don Dement, Margaret McMahon, Deborah Kommalan, Rick Schimpf, Carole Falk, Annette Uroskie, Sarah Jane Dunaway, Ricky Chenoweth, Vick Mique-Jordan, Charles Crivellaro, Terry Peterson, Kathryn Banusiewicz, Richard Niewerth, Anne Sieling, Lora Moran-Collins, John Maquire, Terri Borges, Jennifer Rolfsness, Claudia Rutherford, Christine Kelsey, Olin Yoder. The exhibit is on display between concourses C & D in the departures area through March 6th, 2015.

The Arts Council of Anne Arundel County provides grants and support to over forty nonprofit organizations. Providing a resource for the cultural arts community through advocacy, funding, programming, and promotions; the Arts Council supports a variety of groups that include Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, Anne Arundel County Trust for Preservation, Chesapeake Art Center, and the Shady Side Captain Avery Museum. The Arts Council also administers the Arts in Education Program serving both public and private Anne Arundel County Schools, which provides grant funding to bring performances and artists into auditoriums and classrooms.
