The exhibit includes the following Anne Arundel County artists: Frances Borchardt, James Finnerty, Lin Foa, Sheila Guevin, Joan Howe, Mariana Ivanova, Katherine Osmond, Rufus Norman, Elizabeth Rounsaville, Rick Schimpf, Wil Scott, Jill Schimpf and Olin Yoder.
The focus of the group show is to explore the impact color has on people’s lives. From the color of a flower to the shade of a person’s skin we all perceive colors in a variety of ways. The exhibit featuring the work of Anne Arundel County artists explores the question of how color is perceived and how on a daily basis and from generation to generation, perceptions of color can evolve and change.
