Armed Pasadena Man Found Sleeping On Bench At Beach: Police

PASADENA, MD — A man sleeping on a bench at Sillery Bay Community Beach appeared to have a handgun tucked in his waistband. Officers responded to a call about the man May 31 at approximately 3:15 a.m. and recovered a 9 mm Beretta pistol from him.

Anne Arundel County police officers also discovered that the man was prohibited from possessing firearms. According to a police report, Michael Timothy Mulcahy was arrested and charged accordingly. Mulcahy, 34, has an address listed in the 200 block of Beach Road, Pasadena.
