Body Washed Ashore On Gibson Island: Officials
The Anne Arundel County Fire Department responded to a call Sunday for a body in the water off Gibson Island.
GIBSON ISLAND, MD — Anne Arundel County fire officials reported the recovery of a body seen in the water near Gibson Island Feb. 16. At approximately 1:30 p.m. Sunday, first responders were called to the island.
A fire department official told the Baltimore Sun that the body was on the shore by the time they arrived. The incident is under investigation.
