Police, however, said their Real Time Information Center personnel immediately began a review of surveillance footage in the area and provided patrol officers with a description of the suspect vehicle.

Officers said they determined that the vehicle may be in the Meade Village community in Severn.

Police said they connected the vehicle to a suspect, identified two additional suspects and developed four addresses. Three of those addresses were in Meade Village, and one was in Baltimore.
