Instructor Billy Greer (owner of the Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi) will start with an introductory talk about tai chi, and you can enjoy drinking the provided premium tea while listening. Then you will learn some basic tai chi moves.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for active movement .
