Tai Chi/Qigong for Health Classes

Join us for this 10-week session of Tai Chi/Qigong for Health.

Are you aware of the many health benefits of practicing tai chi? It improves: immune system function, blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, arthritis pain, balance, bone density, strength. flexibility, and more.

Tai Chi is a kind of "internal" martial art that is practiced for both defense and health benefits. This class focuses on the health and longevity aspects of the art, though its application as a martial art is shown and discussed to further the understanding of the movements.

The class is taught by Billy Greer, an experienced instructor who has been certified by Grand Master Chen Zhenglei, a direct-line inheritor of Chen's tai chi.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that won't restrict your movement.

Classes are discounted if you enroll for the session. Session is pro-rated if you start late. $20 per drop-in.
