Weather permitting, there will be a walk on the B&A Trail at 8:15 a.m.
The walk will be followed by two dance fitness demonstrations. There will also be presentations on skin care and heart health, a box lunch and raffle drawings.
The Health and Fitness Day will also feature: “Ask a Dietitian,” balance testing, blood pressure checks, exhibits and health resources. Those that attend four or more activities will be entered to win prizes.
