Pasadena Business Owner Spots Burglars Via Remote Camera: Police
A pair of burglary suspects from Glen Burnie and Severna Park are charged with breaking into a Pasadena business.
PASADENA, MD — A pair of burglars were arrested after the owner of a Pasadena business spotted the break-in via his security camera and called police. The burglary was reported about 10:50 p.m. Sunday at Smith & Company HVAC, 2406 Mountain Road in Pasadena.
The owner, who was not at the business, told Anne Arundel County Police he was watching the two suspects breaking into his business via a security system. Before police arrived, the suspects fled in a black Chevrolet truck after taking various pieces of HVAC metal from the business.
Several officers searched the area and found the vehicle on Outing Avenue, where it was stopped. Property of Smith & Company HVAC was located in the back of the vehicle.

Two suspects were charged with burglary: David Leon Brooks, 50, of the 200 block of Cherry Lane in Glen Burnie, and Karl Lawrence Johnson, 39, of the first block of Hill Road in Severna Park.
