Pasadena Man Charged In Two Armed Robberies: Police
Police officers have arrested and charged Brian Lee Beemer, 38, of Pasadena for the armed robbery of two Brooklyn businesses.

BROOKLYN, MD — Anne Arundel County police officers were dispatched to the Subway restaurant at 5638 Ritchie Highway Thursday at approximately 11:30 p.m. for a report of an armed robbery. According to a police report, a man walked into the restaurant, displayed a box cutter and demanded cash. The cashier handed over the cash and the suspect left. An employee chased the suspect and recovered the cash that the suspect had dropped while fleeing the scene, the police report noted.
An officer found the suspect not far from the restaurant. He was identified by the victim and arrested without incident. Police believe the suspect in this robbery is the same suspect who robbed the Dollar General at 5107 Ritchie Highway April 21, the police report noted. The man, 38-year-old Brian Lee Beemer of Pasadena, has been charged with two counts of armed robbery, two counts of robbery, two counts of theft, two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.
